Operator and acceptance

The MoKlip brand, website and MoKlip product concept (together, “MoKlip”) are created, developed and operated by Tomarange (“Tomarange”, “we”, “us” or “our”). The device concept and front design and visual presentation of the MoKlip website are partially developed with MAKIW.

These terms govern your access to and use of the MoKlip website and its product-update service. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Product concept and availability

MoKlip is an early-stage product concept under planning. Descriptions, images, proposed features, technical approaches, availability information and timelines are illustrative, may change, and do not constitute an offer, pre-order or guarantee that a product will be made available.

MoKlip is not a medical device. Nothing on this website is medical advice or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Product and event updates

If you voluntarily subscribe, you ask Tomarange to send you MoKlip communications. These may include product-development and availability news, launch information, and announcements about confirmed exhibitions, trade fairs or related events.

You may withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe method included in our messages or by emailing hello@tomarange.com. Subscription does not guarantee product availability, event attendance or any particular communication frequency. Our handling of subscriber information is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Permitted use

You may use this website for lawful, personal and informational purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it at unreasonable scale, impersonate another person or use the website in a way that infringes the rights of others.

Content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, MoKlip and the website’s original text, visual identity, images, product concepts and other content are owned or controlled by Tomarange and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The website’s front design may partially incorporate MAKIW design work and platform materials, used with permission. A trademark application for MoKlip has been filed with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and is currently under review. You may view the website for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not reproduce, modify or distribute its content without prior written permission.

External links and services

This website may link to or use third-party services, including Instagram and a form-delivery provider. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Tomarange is not responsible for third-party content or availability.

Availability and liability

The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Tomarange makes no warranty that the website will always be available, complete, accurate or error-free, and will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
