Who is responsible for your data

Tomarange S.L., a company incorporated in Spain, is the data controller for personal information collected through the MoKlip website.

Information we collect

When you subscribe to MoKlip updates, we collect the email address you provide, your consent choice and information needed to record and deliver the subscription. Our form-delivery provider may also process limited technical information, such as your IP address and submission time, for delivery, security and spam prevention.

We do not ask for health information through the subscription form. Please do not submit medical or other sensitive personal information.

Why we use it

We use subscription information to:

• manage the MoKlip update list;
• send product-development, launch and availability news;
• announce confirmed exhibitions, trade fairs or related events;
• maintain evidence of consent and prevent misuse of the form.

Our legal basis for marketing communications is your consent. Subscribing is optional and is not required to browse the website.

Your choice and withdrawal

You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe method included in our messages or by emailing hello@tomarange.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.

Service providers

The subscription form is delivered through FormSubmit, which routes submissions to Tomarange and states that it retains form submissions for up to 30 days. Email and infrastructure providers may also process information only as needed to provide their services.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we use providers and transfer mechanisms intended to provide appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your subscription information while you remain subscribed or while the MoKlip update service continues. If you withdraw consent, we will stop marketing use and delete or suppress your information unless a limited record is required to demonstrate compliance or resolve a legal issue.

Your data-protection rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, object where a relevant legal basis applies, and withdraw consent at any time. Send requests to hello@tomarange.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your local supervisory authority.
